Note: I learned these sound/lag issues aren't do to computer issues as my computer is pretty powerful and I have plenty of ram. So, I guess to avoid this it is advisable to load from the in game save whenever you can. One last thing I noticed is: If you make a save state and keep loading that save state while playing a game, over and over again, the game might slow down a bit or have lag issues as well. Then proceed to put Frame Skipping back on to 2. If there is ever a time when you still have this selected and reload a game from a save state and things start looking all blurry and the game slows down, set frame skipping back to 0, close out Dolphin and restart the game fresh from the games menu and load a real save you made within the in-game save system. This method might not work for everyone though. Not a big deal if you want to improve the sound/lag. Although, you might lose a couple FPS making your character look slightly glitchy. If you are having sound lag/framerate slowdown go to "Emulation" at the top and select "Frame Skipping". And it might not work for everyone:Ĭorrecting Sound Stutter/lag Issues (might cause framerate glitches) First Method: This is the only trick I found to fix some slow down and framerate issues.
